I’ve developed a process that will make it much easier for you to start your Private coaching journey; here’s how it goes.

2. CHEMISTRY SESSION

 

Once you’ve decided on the personal and professional changes you’re looking for, we will jump on a video call and we will discuss your career goals, challenges, and aspirations. By discussing these, I can better understand your needs and tailor the services to meet them.

3. GET STARTED

Next, you can get started on achieving your goals and meeting your career needs. During our Private sessions, I’ll provide you with the right support, tools, and guidance you need to kick your career into high gear.

This is the right program for you if:

My private coaching experience is 6 months. I have created a framework that allows for flexibility of topic exploration so that you can decide the area of focus. The First month is for getting to know you and your patterns, The Middle months we get to explore up to 4 topics, and The Last month is for wrap-up, evaluation, next steps

 

Chemistry sessions is our opportunity to get to know each other and decide if we are a match! In the 40 minutes we have together we will explore your needs, goals, and what success looks like for you. If we are a good fit for each other we can get started right away.

In addition to our monthly  scheduled sessions, I am available via email with a 24-48 response time.
